1. Reflection & Entertainment Disclaimer

NameMystery draws from historical Vedic, Chaldean, and Pythagorean numerology traditions, classical tarot archetypes, runic lore, the I Ching, and traditional palmistry. All numbers, planetary essays, card spreads, oracle casts, and palm descriptions are provided strictly for personal reflection, cultural exploration, and entertainment.

NameMystery does not predict the future and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of a reading in NameMystery or on this website.

2. License & Intellectual Property

The NameMystery application, custom parlor artwork, planetary medallions, numerology essays, and website code are owned by Gary Saggu / NameMystery and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and website for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share individual reading excerpts generated for your name using the built-in Share feature.

3. App Store & Google Play Purchases

NameMystery offers free access to the six core name readings and an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full Velvet Parlor. All billing, refunds, and family sharing rules are governed by the platform store through which you downloaded the app (Apple App Store Terms of Media Services for iOS, or Google Play Terms of Service for Android).

4. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

NameMystery and namemystery.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NameMystery and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app or website.
